Three Season Room Increases Use of Cleveland Porch Enclosure
This charming three-season sunroom started out as a wrap-around porch built by homeowners Bob and Beverly of North Olmsted, Ohio. Wanting to get more use out of the space, the couple decided to have the porch enclosed with a Patio Enclosures three-season sunroom by Great Day Improvements™.
Bob and Beverly chose an AllView aluminum room and added a ProVia full-view storm door, as well as a sliding patio door, for easy access from the driveway. The expansive space is 31 feet across the front and 19 feet on the west side, the enclosed porch now allows the couple and their guests to enjoy nature protected from the elements and bugs.
Floor-to-ceiling windows with double-pane tempered glass allow maximum light to enter the sunroom while still keeping it comfortable when the weather is chilly. The powder-coated, three-inch aluminum frame provides the highest resistance to fading, peeling and chipping for years of enjoyment with little maintenance.
When the weather is pleasant, black-painted aluminum screen rolling panels allow the couple to enjoy fresh air and gentle breezes. The aluminum mesh screens increase visibility, eliminate sagging and stay cleaner than ordinary fiberglass screens. The screens are also easily removed for cleaning.
Bob and Beverly are thoroughly enjoying their custom-designed and custom-manufactured three-season sunroom and love sharing it with family and friends every chance they get.
