Patio Enclosures® Sunroom Completes the Look of Unique Home in New Jersey
Maria L. loved the charm of this stone home in Neshanic Station, NJ, but realized she would get far more use of the two large, covered, second-story porches if they were enclosed. She immediately thought of Patio Enclosures of Bensalem, PA, to design and do the work. Having already completed two projects with them on other homes, Maria loved the Patio Enclosures product, especially the rolling windows, but wasn’t sure if they could fit glass into the arched openings.
Maria called on Design Consultant Agnes Rizzo, who visited the home. Because Patio Enclosures custom designs and custom manufactures every sunroom in their Ohio facility, the arches were no problem at all. Agnes took measurements and photos, and then worked with the in-house engineers at Patio Enclosures to custom design insulated glass panels and rolling windows to fit the openings. The extruded aluminum frames are chip and fade-resistant and the sandstone color complements the home’s exterior.
Maria is thrilled with her new three season room and how the glass sunroom panels finish the look of the home. She loves to entertain or just relax in the new spaces and even threw a summer party to celebrate and share the rooms with her friends.
