"I was very pleased with the entire process, from the initial product review to the installation process. Steve did a great job selling the product and answering all questions we had. Chris was great in coming out to measure the install and was accommodating when I called with a few follow up items. The build crew, Paul in particular, were very professional and willing to answer all questions and ensure that the windows were installed to our satisfaction. Paul, in my opinion went above and beyond, was on time, completed what was promised on given days and ensured there were no loose ends or questions unanswered. The only issue we had was that all the windows were not available at the start of the job and as a result the job took a bit longer to complete as we had to wait for the final window to arrive.
