Three Season Room Helpful Information

Sunroom vs. Room Addition

Deciding which type of room addition is best for your home can be challenging. A sunroom is an all-encompassing term that can be used to describe a three season room, four season room or solarium. One of the biggest differences between a traditional room addition and a sunroom is the amount of outdoor visibility and cost.

Features & Benefits

Our traditionally-framed sunrooms are traditional room additions constructed with conventional materials like wood, drywall and insulation. They're designed and built as a true extension of your existing home.

What makes our traditional sunrooms unique is the fact that we can fill your room with as many custom-made, energy-efficient windows and doors in an endless number of configurations as you wish – creating a unique and light-abundant oasis. Our traditional sunrooms aren't constructed with just any windows and doors. Our rooms utilize Stanek® windows and patio doors, which have among the highest structural and thermal ratings in the industry and are made in our factory alongside our Patio Enclosures® sunrooms.
