“Mark Mueller, Tim Kelly and his team have been very helpful on this project. We were Mark's third sale since he joined Patio Enclosures and we both learned as our design was different from the "normal" installation. He brought in personnel to assist with educating us on how the installation would take place and how it would look upon completion. Tim and his team have kept us informed on any delays and the four personnel, who worked on our installation, were very professional and patient with our three dogs. The gentlemen took pride in their work and when we spoke, they were always very polite and cleaned-up when they were done. We were dissatisfied with the work performed by the electrical contractor and Tim met with them and corrected the problem to our satisfaction. When we were initially discussing the project with Mark, I would point to a neighbor's patio addition, installed by a competitor, and point out that the shingles did not match and they experienced numerous issues with water intrusions. I would mention that I had higher expectations and thus far they have been met. The electrician is to complete their work next week and we are still waiting for siding (which was special ordered) and the final shingles to be installed.
