"At first there were scratches and some nicks in the frame. Contacted our sales rep Jason S. about this. He did some checking and told us that they had to come back the next day to do some finishing work. It wasn’t completed, but he would make sure that those issues were going to get corrected. And all was corrected and finished the next day. Our sales rep Jason also followed up on our concerns and wanted to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. Also that evening, and several days later, there have been severe rain storms and the enclosure has stayed perfectly dry. No leaks!!! It is beautifully done. We have had many compliments on this enclosure from friends and family. Also when our rep Jason S. first came to our home for the initial consultation, he listened to what we wanted and our questions. He described what he could design for us and the options. He did not do any high pressure sales and steer us into something that wasn’t wanted. Jason was very honest. The pricing that was given to us was what we expected something like this costs.
